Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Super quick to make and so yummy words cannot describe.  I use this is Mac n Cheese which I will share with you.  I also use this to sprinkle on top of food and to stir into sauces to give a creamy taste.

INGREDIENTS

90g Cashew nuts

1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt

3/4 Tsp salt

3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast ( Holland and Barrett )

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz for a couple of minutes.

Voila your done place into a tupperware and store in the fridge.
