1 Cup crunchy peanut butter ( sunpat is suitable for vegans )
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Coconut sugar
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Inche piece ginger grated
2 Cloves garlic grated
3/4 Cup water
In a blender add in all the ingredients.
Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. Take the lid off and scrap down the sides if needed. Blend for 1 more minute, until you have a delicious creamy sauce.
Serve at room temperature.
