A super nutritious way of starting the day.
High in fibre and vitamins this is great fuel to begin your day.
3 Bananas halved
2 Persimmons chopped
Large handful of mixed frozen berries.
1\2 Tbsp Chai seeds
1 Tbsp of dedicated coconut
In a blender place two of the bananas with the persimmon fruit and frozen berries
Add a little water but not to much as the consistency needs to be thick.
Blend on high speed until everything is smooth.
Pour into a bowl.
Carefully sprinkle the chai seeds in a row on one side of the bowl. Sprinkle the dedicated coconut in the centre of the bowl. Lastly using the remaining banana, sliced, place this along side the coconut.
