We are always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I have mastered a breakfast that I can promise you keeps you going till lunch.
No more mid-morning grabbing for a unhealthy snack because you are hungry. This porridge is packed full of protein, omega 3, and fibre.
50 g Oats
1 Tsp Flaxseed
1 Tsp Sesame seeds
1 Tsp Chai seeds
1 Tsp sunflower seeds
1 Tsp pumpkin seeds
2 Tsp Coconut sugar
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
31/2 cups almond milk
In a pan combine all the dry ingredients.
Add the milk and turn on the heat to medium. Stirring gently for approximately 5 minutes.
Once the oats are hot and have thickened pour into a bowl and enjoy.
For extra energy try adding a sliced banana on top or stir through some raisins.
